NOVELTY - Graphene/hard nanoparticle cooperatively modified phenolic resin wear-resistant material comprises 1-20 wt.% functionalized hard nanoparticles and 0.05-5 wt.% graphene and phenolic resin. USE - Graphene/hard nanoparticle cooperatively modified phenolic resin wear-resistant material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent impact strength, bending strength, abrasion resistance and low friction coefficient and is simple and efficient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene/hard nanoparticle cooperatively modified phenolic resin wear-resistant material comprising adding hard nanoparticles to dispersant, performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain hard nanoparticle dispersion, adding silane coupling agent, mixing for 1-24 hours, centrifuging, washing, drying to obtain functionalized hard nanoparticles, adding functionalized hard nanoparticles, graphene and phenolic resin in dispersant, drying, mixing, placing mixed raw materials in mold, molding at 160 degrees C for 30 minutes and performing heat treatment on molding sample strip at 60-160 degrees C for 1-12 hours.
