NOVELTY - A thermally vulcanized silicone rubber composite material comprises a material (A) comprising 100 parts mass epoxy-terminated polyorganosiloxane, 5-25 parts mass 3-4 functional epoxy oligosiloxane crosslinking agent (I), 5-10 parts mass fumed silica, 20-40 parts mass nano pigments and fillers, 20-30 parts mass environmentally friendly flame retardants and 0.5-2 parts mass stearate, and a material (B) comprising 100 parts mass polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane modified amino silicon mixture, 5-10 parts mass fumed white carbon black, 20-40 parts mass nano-pigment and filler, 20-30 parts mass environmentally friendly flame retardant, and 0.5-2 parts mass stearate. The polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane modified amino silicon mixture comprises 20-50 wt.% polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane modified aminosilicone polymer (II) and/or (III) and 50-80 wt.% monoamine-type aminohydrocarbyl polysiloxane. USE - Composite material used for preparing thermally vulcanized silicone rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material can realize the thermal vulcanization of the silicon rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A thermally vulcanized silicone rubber composite material comprises a material (A) comprising 100 parts mass epoxy-terminated polyorganosiloxane, 5-25 parts mass 3-4 functional epoxy oligosiloxane crosslinking agent, 5-10 parts mass fumed silica, 20-40 parts mass nano pigments and fillers, 20-30 parts mass environmentally friendly flame retardants and 0.5-2 parts mass stearate, and a material (B) comprising 100 parts mass polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane modified amino silicon mixture, 5-10 parts mass fumed white carbon black, 20-40 parts mass nano-pigment and filler, 20-30 parts mass environmentally friendly flame retardant, and 0.5-2 parts mass stearate. The crosslinking agent is chosen from 3-4 functional epoxy oligosiloxane compounds of formulae (IA)-(ID). The polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane modified aminosilicon mixture comprises 20-50 wt.% polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane modified aminosilicone polymer and 50-80 wt.% monoamine-type aminohydrocarbyl polysiloxane. The polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane modified aminosilicone polymer is of formula (II) and/or (III). The monoamine-type aminohydrocarbyl polysiloxane comprises gamma -aminopropyl terminated polyorganosiloxane, polyorganosiloxane with a monoamine type aminohydrocarbyl group attached to its side chain, or main chain block with a monoamine-type secondary amine hydrocarbyl polyorganosiloxane. EP = 2,3-epoxypropoxypropyl or 3,4-epoxycyclohexylethyl; R = isobutyl, isooctyl or phenyl; R' = -CH3, or -C2H5; a, b = 0 or more; R1,R2 = -CH3, -C2H5, -C8H17, -C18H37, -ph and/or -CH2CH2CF3;and A = methyl, hydroxy, methoxy or ethoxy. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the thermally vulcanized silicone rubber, which involves taking the material (A) and material (B) to the number of moles of epoxy groups in the compound (A), where the number of moles of the amino-hydrogen bond in the compound (B) is 1:1, stirring and mixing, pouring into the mold, heating to 120-130 degrees C, vulcanizing for 20-30 minutes, heating to 150-180 degrees C, and vulcanizing for 30-120 minutes.
