NOVELTY - Halloysite graphene oxide composite catalytic preparation of poly eta -caprolactone comprises calcining halloysite, acid treatment, centrifugal filtration to obtain activated halloysite, adding silane coupling agent, mixing with toluene, refluxing for silylation reaction, separating, washing and drying to obtained silanized halloysite, preparing into aqueous solution, stirring with graphene oxide solution, allowing to stand, centrifuging, washing precipitate to obtain halloysite graphene oxide composite, mixing with eta -caprolactone, ring-opening polymerization and post-processing. USE - The method is useful for halloysite graphene oxide composite catalytic preparation of poly epsilon-caprolactone (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts halloysite graphene oxide composite as a catalyst, which has synergistic catalytic effect for ring-opening polymerization of eta -caprolactone; exposes halloysite activation center; uses graphene oxide, whose surface is rich in oxygen, thus improving the compatibility of monomer and polymer to enable cooperative efficient catalysis; has low production cost; and provides high catalytic efficiency product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Halloysite graphene oxide composite catalytic preparation of poly epsilon-caprolactone comprises (a) activating halloysite by calcining halloysite, adding into acid solution for acid treatment and filtering by centrifugation to obtain activated halloysite, (b) silylation of activated halloysite by adding silane coupling agent into activated halloysite, mixing with toluene, refluxing for silylation reaction, separating, washing and drying to obtained silanized halloysite (c) preparing silanized halloysite into aqueous solution, preparing graphene oxide solution, respectively carrying out high speed stirring silylated aqueous halloysite and graphene oxide solution, continuously stirring, adjusting the pH to 2-3, allowing to stand, centrifuging, taking precipitate, washing to neutral to obtain halloysite graphene oxide composite, (d) uniformly mixing eta -caprolactone and halloysite graphene oxide composite to obtain a mixture, and (e) adding the mixture obtained in the step (d) to ring-opening polymerization under water and oxygen free conditions, reacting and post-processing.
