NOVELTY - Thermally conductive adhesive film comprises spacer layer or at least one thermally conductive adhesive layer, where the spacer layer is attached to the surface of the thermally conductive adhesive layer. USE - The thermally conductive adhesive film is useful for solar cells in solar cell module (claimed), electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicle and hydrogen-powered vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive film: has good service life, wide development prospect, good mechanical resistance, water resistance, and long service life; reduces moisture absorption phenomenon, reinforcing waterproof and mechanical property; capable of satisfying and using requirement of most battery assembly on the market; and is environmentally friendly.
