NOVELTY - An antistatic antibacterial complex functional stainless steel tube coating comprises 45-50 pts. wt. epoxy acrylic resin, 31-44 pts. wt. butanediol, 0.5-1 pt. wt. catalyst, 8-12 pts. wt. modified graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. silver-loaded mesoporous silica microspheres, 3-8 pts. wt. nano-metal compound, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant 1010, and 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. stabilizer. USE - Antistatic antibacterial complex functional stainless steel tube coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good dispersion, stable high temperature processing, simple preparation method, easy operation, and low cost and is environment-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified graphene comprising adding graphene into concentrated sulfuric acid, heating at 140-150 degrees C for 10-12 hours, adding distilled water, filtering, washing for 3-6 times; dissolving in absolute ethanol, centrifuging, separating ethanol, adjusting pH to 8.5-9, adding silane coupling agent KH550, and reacting at 35-45 degrees C for 3-5 hours; and vacuum drying.
