NOVELTY - Preparation of water-based surface agent, involves mixing 100 pts. wt. water-based polyurethane, 0.01-0.06 pt. wt. graphene modifier, 2-8 pts. wt. aqueous crosslinking agent, 0.2-1 pt. wt. aqueous leveling agent, 0.2-1 pt. wt. aqueous defoamer, 0.3-3 pts. wt. aqueous softening agent and 0.5-5 pts. wt. thickener, grinding and filtering. USE - Preparation of water-based surface agent for automobile leather such as thermoplastic olefin automotive leather, PVC automotive leather, polyurethane automotive leather, TPUM automotive leather, modified PVC automotive leather and microfiber automotive leather (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly and economical method enables preparation of water-based surface agent with excellent abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.
