NOVELTY - A carbon polymer-based cage type polysilsesquioxane hybrid hydrophobic film is prepared by adding mixed solution into polyamide imide resin solution, uniformly stirring, adding modified graphene oxide and multi-walled carbon nanotube, stirring and ultrasonically dispersing, grinding and filtering, mixing with polyamide imide resin solution, epoxy resin E-44 and mixed solution, and stirring to obtain modified carbon polymer; uniformly mixing ethyl orthosilicate, deionized water and absolute ethanol, adding hydrochloric acid to adjust pH, adding fluoroalkylsilane, stirring, sealing and standing to obtain solution b, adding ethyl orthosilicate, glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPMS) and absolute ethanol, uniformly stirring and aging, and stirring and standing to obtain solution c; and adding solution c to modified carbon polymer, stirring, filtering to obtain semi-finished product, and solidifying and forming. USE - The method is used for preparing carbon polymer-based cage type polysilsesquioxane hybrid hydrophobic film. ADVANTAGE - The product has good hardness and excellent heat resistance, introduces hollow cage structure of polysilsesquioxane that can support space distribution capability of carbon nano material in substrate, compounds graphene oxide with nano-boron nitride and improves heat-conducting performance of substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A carbon polymer-based cage type polysilsesquioxane hybrid hydrophobic film is prepared by: (A) adding mixed solution into polyamide imide resin solution, uniformly stirring, adding modified graphene oxide and multi-walled carbon nanotube, high speed stirring and ultrasonically dispersing, grinding and filtering to obtain carbon mixed slurry, mixing polyamide imide resin solution, epoxy resin E-44, mixed solution and carbon mixed slurry, and stirring at high speed for 2-3 hours to obtain modified carbon polymer; (B) uniformly mixing ethyl orthosilicate, deionized water and absolute ethanol to obtain solution a, adding hydrochloric acid to adjust pH to 1-1.3, adding fluoroalkylsilane, stirring at room temperature for 2-2.5 hours, sealing and standing for 45-48 hours to obtain solution b, adding ethyl orthosilicate, GPMS and absolute ethanol, uniformly stirring and aging for 24 hours, and stirring and standing for 24-48 hours to obtain solution c; and (C) adding solution c to modified carbon polymer, stirring for 2-3 hours, filtering to obtain semi-finished product, and solidifying and forming.
