NOVELTY - 10kV graphene composite shielding low noise weatherproof anti-interference overhead insulated cable comprises a highly conductive composite aluminium conductor; the high aluminum conductive composite conductor is composed of 37 high conductive composite aluminum wire whose diameter is 2.54 mm. The structure mode of four-layer are twisted together. The high-conductivity composite aluminum conductor is coextruded with graphene composite semi-conductive shielding layer, cross-linked polyethylene inner insulating layer and improved weather-resistant insulating outer insulating layer. The improved weather-resistant insulating outer insulating layer is externally printed with a nano-micro spiral air guiding groove, and then weaving and unwinding the graphene composite glass fiber layer, and a layer of fluorocarbon paint is sprayed on the graphene composite glass fiber layer.
