NOVELTY - Natural rosin-based organic-inorganic hybrid sealant, comprises 1-4 pts. wt. natural rosin liquid, 6-10 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, 0.5-1 pt. wt. hydrochloric acid, 0.5-1 pt. wt. aqueous ammonia, 2-6 pts. wt. tetraethyl orthosilicate, 1-3 pts. wt. γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 0.5-3 pts. wt. (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, 2-5 pts. wt. deionized water, 5 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide, and 0.1-1 wt.% modified graphene oxide. USE - The natural rosin-based organic-inorganic hybrid sealant is useful in sealing plasma sprayed iron-based amorphous coatings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The natural rosin-based organic-inorganic hybrid sealant: has improved heat resistance and adhesion to iron-based amorphous coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing natural rosin-based organic-inorganic hybrid sealant, comprising adding tetraethyl orthosilicate and γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane into beaker, stirring for first time, dropwise adding mixture of absolute ethanol and deionized water into the beaker, and adjusting the pH value to 4-8, adding modified graphene oxide into the beaker, stirring for second time, adding natural rosin liquid into the beaker, and stirring for third time to obtain a light yellow solution, and dropwise adding N,N-dimethylformamide and aging to obtain final product.
