NOVELTY - Preparing carbon nanosheet material comprises adding organic polymer to 1-3 mole/l of sodium hydroxide solution and then washing with ethanol and deionized water and drying, mixing the dried mixture with an inorganic compound under an protection of nitrogen and then pre-activating at 250-450 degrees C for 1-4 hours, boiling at 600-900 degrees C, carbonizing for 2-6 hours, secondarily activating the carbonized mixture to obtain carbon material and then immersing with hydrochloride solution at 50-80 degrees C for 6-48 hours, cooling, filtering, washing with water and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon nanosheet material, which is useful in graphene sheet structure in supercapacitor electrode materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of simply preparing carbon nanosheet material in an economical manner with good stability, high specific capacitance, good electrochemical performance and high efficiency. The organic polymer is phenolic resin, ion exchange resin or urea-aldehyde resin. The inorganic compound is potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, zinc chloride or ammonium chloride.
