NOVELTY - Optical medical device comprises a base material one end formed with a bump, and at least one functional module formed on the raised portion. The functional module comprises an electro-deformation unit formed on a bump. An isolation layer formed on an electro-deformation unit and far away from one side of the substrate. At least one light emitting unit is arranged on the isolation layer. The electro-deforming unit comprises a first electrode layer, an electro-deformation layer and a second electrode layer that are sequentially formed on bump. The micro-tube is filled with elastic conductor formed by liquid metal or is a curve-shaped conductor made of silver (Ag), Aluminum (Al), gold (Au), copper (Cu), nano-carbon tube or graphene. USE - Used as optical medical device. ADVANTAGE - The distance between the light emitting unit and the affected part in the patient body is reduced and the effect of phototherapy is ensured. The luminous uniformity problem is effectively improved.
