NOVELTY - System comprises a hydrogen reservoir (110), a hydrocarbon reservoir (120), a vacuum chamber (130), a spark power source (200) with one sparker (210) for a cathode (220) and one sparker for an anode (230), and an electrolysis power source (300) with one sparker for a cathode and one sparker for an anode. USE - System for obtaining a compound for blocking cosmic, nuclear and electromagnetic radiation for preparing fibers, textile fibers, paints, lacquers, covering layers, coating layers and other suitable surface coatings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system provides compound in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with high radiation blocking capacity, high electrical conduction capacity and hydrogen hydride entrapment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing cosmic, nuclear and electromagnetic radiation blocking compound, which involves: (A) introducing hydrogen into a vacuum chamber; (B) activating a spark energy source and an electrolysis energy source; (C) sparking emission in the vacuum chamber by using spark gaps connected to their respective cathodes and anodes; (D) generating electron trap inside the vacuum chamber; (E) generating repeated short-term electrolysis by the cathode and anode; (F) growing hydrogen hydride material at the anode; (G) ionizing grown portion of the hydrogen hydride material at the anode; (H) introducing hydrocarbons into the vacuum chamber after the first electrolytic discharge and interspersed with the formation of the electron trap; (I) completing ionization of hydrocarbons; and (J) generating network of graphenes/fullerenes.
