▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/molecular sieve composite catalyst comprises 5-40 wt.% of graphene oxide and 60-95 wt.% of molecular sieve. The composite catalyst has quasi two-dimensional sheet structure. The ratio of are to thickness of the two-dimensional sheet is greater than or equal to 100 microns. The molecular sieve is evenly loaded on the graphene surface having holes of diameter 2-30 nanometer. USE - Graphene/molecular sieve composite catalyst for catalyzing condensation reaction of benzaldehyde with glycerol, esterification of hexanoic acid with benzyl alcohol, methylation of cyclohexanone, benzylation of toluene with benzyl chloride and condensation of benzaldehyde with 2-hydroxyacetophenone (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/molecular sieve composite catalyst has enhanced catalytic activity for CBG as a solid acid catalyst, EHB reaction, which improves the yield of product and can be reused without reducing the catalytic activity and has good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene/molecular sieve composite catalyst which involves: (A) mixing graphene, silicon source, aluminum source and surface active agent; (B) separating the graphene-containing part; (C) crystallizing; (D) purifying; and (E) removing surface active agent to obtain desired graphene/molecular sieve composite catalyst.
