NOVELTY - A carbon nanotubes-containing aerogel electrode material comprises 5-10 pts. wt. poplar seeds, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. glucose, 20-30 pts. wt. zinc chloride solution with concentration of 2-5 mol/L, 30-40 pts. wt. potassium permanganate, 80-100 pts. wt. ethanol, 3-5 pts. wt. KH-560 (RTM: gamma - glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 20-30 pts. wt. pyrrole, 1-2 pts. wt. copper powder, 35-45 pts. wt. p-toluenesulfonic acid, 35-40 pts. wt. ammonium persulfate solution with concentration of 3-6 mol/L, and 500-1000 pts. wt. distilled water. USE - Carbon nanotubes-containing aerogel electrode material is used for super capacitor, electric double layer capacitor and Faraday capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nanotubes-containing aerogel electrode material has excellent adhesiveness with manganese dioxide after activating aerogel with zinc chloride, and can improve impregnation with electrolyte and conductivity of manganese dioxide, and provides super capacitor having excellent specific capacitance, cycle characteristics. The carbon nanotubes contained in the electrode material have large diameter, and are suitable for transmission of ions, and conductive to electrochemical energy storage.
