NOVELTY - Low shrinkage fast forming thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) particle comprises polyester diol, methylene dichloride, benzaldehyde, wear resistance reinforcing agent, nano silicon dioxide, nano graphene, sodium borohydride, long glass fiber, lubricant, catalyst and solvent. USE - The particle is useful for rubber wheel injection molding. ADVANTAGE - The method is environmentally friendly, strong bearing capacity and wear resistance, improves the production efficiency, reduces the production rejection rate, shortens the injection molding cycle, and reduces the shrinkage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing low shrinkage fast forming thermoplastic polyurethane particle, comprising (i) preparing the raw materials, and checking each raw material to avoid agglomeration and other phenomena in the raw materials, crushing the agglomerated raw materials, and crushing the long glass fiber to obtain powder, (ii) adding solvent to the reaction kettle, heating and stirring in the reaction kettle reaches 75-95 degrees C, slowly adding polyester diol to the reaction kettle and stirring sufficiently to make the polyester diol completely soluble in solvent, (iii) slowly and sequentially adding dichloromethane, benzaldehyde, long glass fiber, sodium borohydride, nano silicon dioxide and nano graphene to the reaction kettle, stirring thoroughly and making the ingredients completely dissolved, (iv) adding wear resistance reinforcing agent, lubricant and catalyst to the reaction kettle and stirring, (v) insulating the reaction kettle, the temperature of the reaction kettle is 40-60 degrees C, and the insulation is 10-15 hours, (vi) continue stirring and reacting the product, completely volatilizing the solvent of the reactive species to obtain a solid powder, and (vii) placing the solid powder in an extruder for high temperature extrusion.
