▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/titanium dioxide transparent anti-corrosive coating, comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (ii) preparing titanium oxide dispersion liquid; (iii) pre-treating stainless steel sample; (iv) coating graphene oxide/titanium oxide, applying step (i) product by suspension coating or ultrasonic atomization spraying, drying, applying step (ii) product by re-suspension coating or ultrasonic atomization spraying and drying or applying step (i) product by suspension coating or ultrasonic atomization spraying step (ii) product; and (v) annealing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/titanium dioxide transparent anti-corrosive coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces corrosion current density of polarization curve in sodium chloride solution by about one order of magnitude when compared with uncoated stainless steel, increases passivation interval by 2.5 times, and stainless steel polarization resistance by 8-17 times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/titanium dioxide transparent anti-corrosive coating, comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide dispersion liquid by adding freeze-dried graphene oxide with distilled water and ultrasonically dispersing, to obtain 0.01-0.1 g/l solution; (ii) preparing titanium oxide dispersion liquid by adding 10 wt.% titanium oxide sol with distilled water, and ultrasonically dispersing, where the volume ratio of titanium oxide sol and distilled water is 100-500 ml:1 l; (iii) pre-treating stainless steel sample by cleaning the surface of the stainless steel sample with deionized water, and drying using fan; (iv) coating graphene oxide/titanium oxide, applying step (i) product by suspension coating or ultrasonic atomization spraying, drying, applying step (ii) product by re-suspension coating or ultrasonic atomization spraying and drying or applying step (i) product by suspension coating or ultrasonic atomization spraying step (ii) product; and (v) annealing the coated sample at 100-500 degrees C for 20-120 minutes under nitrogen atmosphere.
