NOVELTY - The structure has a support body (7) positioned on a cathode substrate (1). An anode (8) is positioned on the support body and arranged parallel to the anode substrate. An insulation medium layer (4) is provided with a dielectric film hole and arranged on the cathode substrate. A negative electrode (2) is arranged on the cathode substrate and positioned on the dielectric film hole. An electronic beam (9) is emitted by a field emission emitter body (3) that passes via a graphene (6) via an electric field effect of a grid electrode (5) and bombs the anode under a cathode electric field effect. USE - Field emission triode structure for use in a cold cathode X-ray source, a micro wave amplifying tube and a field emitting displayer. ADVANTAGE - The structure can uniformly accelerate and focus an emission of field emitting current and the electronic beam in an effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The field emission emitter body (3) is a metal micro tip, a silicon tip or a carbon nano tube and made of nano zinc oxide.
