NOVELTY - The waveguide has a silicon substrate (10) and a silicon dioxide substrate (11) provided with a strip-shaped bulge. The strip-shaped bulge is matched with a groove. A stepped strip-shaped protrusion part is connected with the groove. A graphene-containing layer (12) is arranged on the silicon dioxide substrate. A bias voltage source of an electrode is arranged on the silicon substrate. Another electrode is arranged on a graphene part. USE - Graphene based surface plasma polarized variable-width propagation waveguide. ADVANTAGE - The waveguide is light in weight, convenient to process and easy to integrate.
