NOVELTY - Preparing dual UV curing paint protective film comprises (i) (a)adding graphene oxide and water into a container for mixing, obtaining graphene oxide suspension by low-temperature ultrasound, adding didodecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide; (b) taking dried particle A and mixing with the N,N-dimethylformamide solution, dispersing uniformly by ultrasonic; (ii) (c) taking bisphenol A epoxy resin E-51 and adding into the container to stir the oil bath, adding N,N-dimethyl in the process of the oil bath, where methacrylic acid of benzylamine and p-hydroxyanisole is esterified, and the esterification reaction is completed to obtain epoxy monoester of methacrylate; (d) configuring dual curing adhesive by dissolving photoinitiator and active diluting monomer; and (e) applying the prepared glue on the surface of the TPU substrate; and (iii) coating pressure-sensitive adhesive on the side of the cured TPU substrate, drying, and finally pressing with release paper. USE - The method is useful for preparing dual UV curing paint protective film. ADVANTAGE - The film has high temperature resistance, dirt resistance, high transparency, self-cleaning property, long-term high anti-pollution, high transparency and no light loss; and can keep hydrophobicity; and is featured with no rain spot. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing dual UV curing paint protective film comprises (i) (a)adding graphene oxide and water into a container for mixing, obtaining graphene oxide suspension by low-temperature ultrasound, adding didodecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide, under nitrogen protection, shaking and stirring to obtain a mixture, washing with absolute ethanol and deionized water, and then vacuum drying to obtain a dried particle A; (b) taking dried particle A and mixing with the N,N-dimethylformamide solution, dispersing uniformly by ultrasonic, where the ratio is 5 g/l, adding thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) solution and mixing uniformly, where the ratio of the TPU solution to the dried particle A is 250: 1, mixing uniformly, adding it into a vacuum oven and drying it to form a film to obtain a TPU substrate; (ii) (c) taking bisphenol A epoxy resin E-51 and adding into the container to stir the oil bath, adding N,N-dimethyl in the process of the oil bath, where methacrylic acid of benzylamine and p-hydroxyanisole is esterified, and the esterification reaction is completed to obtain epoxy monoester of methacrylate; (d) configuring dual curing adhesive by dissolving photoinitiator and active diluting monomer, stirring until it is completely dissolved, adding thermal initiator, and stirring until it is completely dissolved, adding prepared epoxy methacrylate monoester, stirring uniformly and allowing to stand; and (e) applying the prepared glue on the surface of the TPU substrate, and placing it in a nitrogen-added oxygen-barrier electrodeless UV lamp for curing, heat curing in a vacuum drying oven at 80degrees Celsius for 100-300 minutes, and placing at room temperature for 6 -12 hours to take out; and (iii) coating pressure-sensitive adhesive on the side of the cured TPU substrate, drying, and finally pressing with release paper.
