NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene heat dissipation film, involves (i) adding epoxy acrylic resin to a reactor containing aqueous graphene oxide solution, performing emulsification treatment, filtering obtained emulsified solution, and performing centrifugal treatment on the filtered filtrate to obtain a graphene pouring liquid, (ii) pouring the pouring liquid into a graphene heat dissipation film mold, stopping pouring after immersing the bottom layer of the mold, and drying to obtain graphene sheets, and (iii) cutting thermal conductive adhesive sheet with the same surface area as the graphene sheet but thicker than the graphene sheet, adhering the thermal conductive adhesive sheet to the bottom surface and the top surface of the graphene sheet with bioadhesive, rolling and pressing, performing gradual hot pressing and stable hot pressing, processing and cooling to obtain the product. USE - Method for preparing graphene heat dissipation film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides high thermal conductivity and high temperature resistant graphene heat dissipation film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene heat dissipation film having a thickness of 50 plus minus 5 mu m, thermal conductivity of greater than or equal to 1300 W/m.K, a thermal diffusion coefficient of greater than or equal to 700 mm2/second, a density of 2 plus minus 0.1 g/cm3 and a bending time of more than 105 times.
