▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ferric oxide and graphene composite preparation involves dissolving ferric trichloride hexahydrate, graphene oxide, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, and sodium hydroxide in de-ionized water. The obtained solution is mixed ultrasonically to disperse agglomeration of graphene oxide. The obtained product is stirred magnetically for 2 hours to interact trivalent iron ion and graphene oxide surface layer, so as to attach the oxide layer on the surface of the graphene. USE - Method for preparing ferric oxide and graphene composite (claimed) used in lithium battery as cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The ferric oxide and graphene composite preparation method is eco-friendly, and enables to produce product that has improved dispersibility and electron transport performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Ferric oxide and graphene composite preparation involves dissolving ferric trichloride hexahydrate, graphene oxide, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, and sodium hydroxide in de-ionized water. The obtained solution is mixed ultrasonically to disperse agglomeration of graphene oxide. The obtained product is stirred magnetically for 2 hours to interact trivalent iron ion and graphene oxide surface layer, so as to attach the oxide layer on the surface of the graphene. The obtained solution is stirred in a high pressure reaction vessel, and then heated to react in a constant temperature drying box. The obtained product is washed by using centrifugal washer, and dried in vacuum to obtain ferric oxide and graphite composite.
