▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing flexible grapheme composite material comprises (i) dispersing oxidized graphene in the solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly to obtain a graphene dispersion, adding the acrylic acid and diisocyanate into the dispersion, adding catalyst, performing modified graft reaction, filtering, (ii) mixing the modified oxidized graphene, hydroxy-containing acrylic ester photoinitiator, stabilizing agent and solvent, mixing uniformly, (iii) immersing the polyester fiber non-woven fabric in oxidized graphene pulp, making to absorb the graphene, absorbing the polyester fiber non-woven fabric with graphene oxide slurry, photo-curing under ultraviolet, repeatedly immersing and ultraviolet curing until the weight of the polyester fiber non-woven fabric is 2-3 times of the original weight, and (iv) placing the non-woven loaded with graphene oxide in a solution containing vitamin C and aqueous ammonia and performing reduction treatment. USE - The flexible graphene composite material is useful for radiating material of electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material improves the thermal conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance of the material, improves the content of the graphene loaded on the non-woven fabric, reacts with propylene group and cyanic acid group grafted on the graphene oxide, has better cross link with the polyester fiber and improves the crosslinking fastness of the graphite oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for flexible graphene composite material prepared by above method.
