NOVELTY - Preparing skin fabric composite superfine nylon fiber comprises (i) adding 10-20 times nano-graphene, adding silane coupling agent KH-550 ethanol solution, performing ultrasonic treatment, soaking, cooling, filtering, adding into a vacuum drying oven, and drying; (ii) diluting octyl benzene emulsifier in distilled water to solution, taking above solution, adding peppermint essential oil, emulsifying, adding proanthocyanidin, emulsifying, obtaining mixed solution, adding montmorillonite and the nano-graphene into the obtained mixed solution, stirring and spray-drying to obtain powder; and (iii) mixing the obtained product of step (ii) with polyamide chips, melting in a twin-screw extruder, obtaining the composite masterbatch by water granulation, mixing the obtained composite master batch uniformly with stearic acid and polyvinyl alcohol, melting and spinning. USE - The method is useful for preparing skin fabric composite superfine nylon fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing skin fabric composite superfine nylon fiber comprises (i) adding 10-20 times 5-10 pts. wt. nano-graphene, adding 5-8% silane coupling agent KH-550 ethanol solution, performing ultrasonic treatment for 10-30 minutes, at 50-70 degrees C, at 40-60 Hz, and at 500-600 W, soaking for 1-2 hours, cooling, filtering, adding into a vacuum drying oven, and drying at 80-90 degrees C in a nitrogen atmosphere for 5-10 hours; (ii) diluting 1-3 pts. wt. octyl benzene emulsifier in distilled water to solution of 0.5-1.5%, taking 100-300 pts. wt. above solution, adding 10-15 pts. wt. peppermint essential oil, emulsifying for 15-30 minutes at 800-1200 revolutions/minute, at 30-50 degrees C, adding 1-2 pts. wt. proanthocyanidin, emulsifying to 1200-1500 for 10-20 minutes, obtaining mixed solution, adding 10-15 pts. wt. montmorillonite and the nano-graphene into the obtained mixed solution, stirring at 500-800 revolutions/minute for 5-5 hours at 50-60 degrees C and spray-drying to obtain powder with fineness of 5-50 mm; and (iii) mixing the obtained product of step (ii) with 100-120 pts. wt. polyamide chips, melting in a twin-screw extruder at 270-280 degrees C, obtaining the composite masterbatch by water granulation, mixing the obtained composite master batch uniformly with 3-6 pts. wt. stearic acid and 4-9 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, melting and spinning at a high speed.
