NOVELTY - Manufacturing three-dimensional structure membrane electrode of fuel cell involves coating template with three-dimensional structure on a surface is coated with forming solution through hot pressing or cold pressing to obtain surface with anti-three dimensional structure of a proton exchange membrane. Catalyst on a surface of the proton exchange membrane is uniformly distributed with an anti-three-dimensional structure to form a catalyst layer. An electronic conductor is coated on the catalyst layer through dry process. A gas diffusion layer is attached on a surface of the electronic conductor, where the three-dimensional structure comprises a zigzag shape, a hole type or a columnar matrix type. USE - Method for manufacturing a three-dimensional structure membrane electrode of a fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing a mold of a three-dimensional structure, a transfer printing proton exchange membrane with the anti-three-dimensional structure, and a membrane electrode to reduce resistance of the proton exchange membrane, thus enlarging reaction electrode, increasing specific surface area of the membrane electrode, and improving utilization rate of the catalyst and reaction efficiency of the fuel cell.
