NOVELTY - Heat-resistant and high-strength ammonia-free phenolic injection plastic, comprises 100 pts. wt. thermosetting phenolic resin, 20-30 pts. wt. boron-modified phenolic resin, 5-15 pts. wt. binder, 150-200 pts. wt. mineral filler, 50-100 pts. wt. glass fiber, 3 -8 pts. wt. release agent, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide nanoparticles and 1-5 pts. wt. modified graphene. USE - The heat-resistant and high-strength non-ammonia phenolic aldehyde injection plastic is useful for thin-wall structure. ADVANTAGE - The heat-resistant high-strength non-ammonia phenolic aldehyde injection plastic has low temperature of 500℃ centigrade tin bath condition deformation is small, high blade strength, good lead foot drawing force and electric performance, low hygroscopicity and no ammonia release, and uses sodium hydroxide nano-particle as curing accelerator. The obtained plastic has no free ammonia residue, and is environmentally friendly.
