NOVELTY - Graphite powder, strong acid and strong oxidizer are added into reaction kettle of inorganic film reactor and heated in water bath in order to oxidize and obtained graphite oxide suspension. Hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution is added to the obtained suspension and heated. Reducing agent is added to the suspension and reduction is carried out under stirring condition or ultrasonic condition to obtain graphene suspension. The graphene suspension is extracted, washed with deionized water, concentrated and dried to obtain graphene. USE - Manufacture of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The graphene is manufactured with improved productivity by a simple and easy process with improved raw material utilization rate.
