▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The mirror has an optical substrate (1) and a gold reflection film (2) that are arranged on a graphene-containing layer (3). The optical substrate is made of glass, quartz, calcium fluoride, selenide or silicon carbide material. The graphene-containing layer is utilized to form a large area by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique. The graphene-containing layer is formed as a single layer or multiple layers. USE - Width wave band graphene saturable absorption mirror. ADVANTAGE - The mirror is simple to manufacture and inexpensive, and avoids limited bandwidth and different wave bands of a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM). The mirror realizes mode-locked laser pulse output on a waveband mode-locked laser, and has wide application range and production range.
