▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A self-extended graphene is thick black wax-shaped material at room temperature and get converted into flowable state at 80 degrees C, without adding solvents. USE - Self-extended graphene is used for film. ADVANTAGE - The conductivity of film manufactured using self-extended graphene is 15 times more than conductivity of common graphite film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A self-extended graphene is thick black wax-shaped material at room temperature and get converted into flowable state at 80 degrees C, without adding solvents. Graphite flakes (2-9) (in parts mass) and sodium nitrate (1-6) are mixed with concentrated sulfuric acid (50-300) in a reactor at 20 degrees C. To obtained mixture, potassium permanganate (10-60) is added and then heated to 30-40 degrees C for 3-5 hours. The obtained mixture is diluted using deionized water (150-500) to which 30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution (10-60) is mixed. The liquid present in reactor is removed by pumping and the remaining flakes are rinsed with 1 mol/liter of hydrochloric acid. The obtained filter cakes are dispersed in deionized water (150-700), centrifuged for 20-30 minutes and dried for 24-48 hours, to obtain graphene oxide. The obtained graphene oxide (1) is introduced into reactor filled with deionized water (400-1600) and then stirred by placing in ultrasonic diffuser. The pH of obtained liquid is regulated to 10-12 using sodium carbonate solution and then aqueous sodium borohydride solution is added. The aqueous sodium borohydride solution is prepared by dissolving sodium borohydride solvent (2-6) in deionized water (100-300). The obtained product is heated to 50-70 degrees C and then ultrasonically oscillated for 30-60 minutes. The obtained product is cooled to 25-0 degrees C and diazo compound (30-50) having sulfonate group, preferably 1-naphtyl diazo-2-hydroxyl-4-sulfonate or diazobenzene sulfonate is added and reacted 2-4 hours. The solvent is pumped out and the remaining product is rinsed using deionized water. The obtained filtrate cakes are dispersed in deionized water (400-1600) into which hydrazine hydrate (1-4) is added and reacted at 80 degrees C for 12-24 hours. The obtained product is pumped to nylon filter membrane and obtained filter cake is washed using deionized water, dried for 24-48 hours, to obtain sulfonated graphene. The obtained sulfonated graphene is dispersed in deionized water (400-1600) in a reactor and aqueous organic oligomer ionic liquid of formula: C9H19C6H4(OCH2CH2)nO(CH2)2N+(CH3)3Cl, is further added and reacted at for . The aqueous organic oligomer ionic liquid is prepared by dissolving organic oligomer ionic liquid (1-4) into deionized water (10-40). The obtained product is reacted 70 degrees C for 24-48 hours, dialyzed for 48-72 hours using deionized water and then dried for 24-48 hours to obtain self-extended graphene. n=10-20. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of self-extend ed graphene.
