NOVELTY - Manufacture of lithium iron phosphate battery involves: obtaining material parameters comprising high capacity, high compaction density and small particle diameter of lithium iron phosphate and graphite, high porosity separator, high lithium salt concentration of electrolyte solution, and combined conductive agent; determining the ratio of positive and negative electrode plates; obtaining the key design parameters of the battery; and manufacturing battery according to the material parameters, the ratio of the positive and negative electrode plates and the key design parameter. USE - Manufacture of lithium iron phosphate battery (claimed) used for computer, communication and consumer electronic products, electronic device, automobile and energy storage application. ADVANTAGE - The lithium iron phosphate battery has high capacity, high pressure solid density, small particle diameter, and high compaction density of the positive electrode plate dressing and low foot material surface density, controlled temperature rise at lower level, and increased pole plate number, and can be easily and economically manufactured with improved large-rate charging and discharging performance and cycle life.
