▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device has an organic light emitting molecular layer positioned in an upper portion of a graphene layer. A lower part of the graphene layer emits light based on plasmon combination, where the graphene layer is a monolayer. The organic light emitting molecular layer is annealed at temperature of 70-150 degree Celsius. Lamination thickness of the organic light emitting molecular layer is 0.1-1 nm. The graphene layer supplies source energy to the organic light emitting molecular layer. USE - Graphene and organic luminant molecule plasmon coupled light emitting device for a solar energy production device. ADVANTAGE - The device simultaneously intensifies fluorescence of the organic light emitting molecular layer so as to improve luminous efficiency and increase flexible display rate of the device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene and organic luminant molecule plasmon coupled light emitting device manufacturing method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a graphene and organic luminant molecule plasmon coupled light emitting device.
