▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Amphiphilic copolymer modification of graphene-modified epoxy resin is carried out by mixing glycidyl methacrylate, vinyl carbazole, initiator, and solvent, stirring to dissolve, passing nitrogen, sealing, reacting, drying precipitate in vacuum oven, dispersing graphene oxide and amphiphilic copolymer in solvent, adding hydrazine hydrate, reacting, cooling, centrifuging, drying to obtain black powder i.e. amphiphilic copolymer modified graphene, adding into epoxy resin base, vacuumizing, adding curing agent, uniformly mixing, pouring into mold, curing, and heating. USE - Amphiphilic copolymer modification of graphene-modified epoxy resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The amphiphilic copolymer modification of graphene-modified epoxy resin is simple, short, promotes polymer adsorption, avoids agglomeration of graphene, improves compatibility between graphene and epoxy resin, improves toughness and flexibility, and has high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Amphiphilic copolymer modification of graphene-modified epoxy resin is carried out by mixing glycidyl methacrylate, vinyl carbazole, initiator, and solvent, stirring to dissolve, passing nitrogen for 25-30 minutes, sealing, reacting at 50-100 degrees C for 8-16 hours, drying precipitate in vacuum oven at 20-80 degrees C, dispersing graphene oxide and amphiphilic copolymer in solvent, adding hydrazine hydrate, reacting at 70-100 degrees C for 8-12 hours, cooling, centrifuging, drying to obtain black powder i.e. amphiphilic copolymer modified graphene, adding into epoxy resin base, vacuumizing, adding curing agent, uniformly mixing, pouring into mold, curing at 50-80 degrees C for 3-8 hours, and heating to 120-150 degrees C for 2-20 hours.
