NOVELTY - Anti-virus composite polyester fibers comprises 0.05-0.2 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.5-2 wt.% chitin sulfate, 10-30 wt.% polyester-type polyurethane polymer and 67.8-89.45 wt.% polyester polymer. The polyester fibers comprises a core material and a sheath material located on the outer periphery of the core, where the core material is polyester polymer and the sheath material is composed of graphene oxide, chitin sulfate and polyester-type polyurethane polymer. USE - Used as anti-virus composite polyester fibers. ADVANTAGE - The anti-virus composite polyester fibers: have outstanding antiviral function and long-lasting effect; and are safe and reliable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-virus composite polyester fibers, comprising (i) dissolving chitin sulfate in lithium chloride-containing N,N-dimethylacetamide solution, dispersing graphene oxide in N,N-dimethylacetamide solvent, mixing obtained N,N-dimethylacetamide solvent with each component in polyester-type polyurethane polymer, pre-polymerizing and adding N,N-dimethylacetamide solvent into prepolymer to obtain prepolymer solution, (ii) adding N,N-dimethylacetamide solution of chain extender into prepolymer solution to expand chain and chain expanding to obtain N,N-dimethylacetamide solution of polyester-type polyurethane polymer, (iii) mixing auxiliary agent with step (ii) product, stirring and curing to obtain spinning solution as sheath material, and (iv) extruding polyester polymer material in the form of melt using a composite spinneret plate, extruding sheath material in the form of solution, conveying coagulation bath, washing using water and stretching under steam to obtain final product having a core-sheath structure.
