NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-modified glass fiber reinforced resin composite involves producing glass fiber using mixture of 50-55% silicon dioxide, 10-15% boron oxide, 5-10% sodium oxide, 10-15% aluminum oxide, 15-20% calcium oxide and 0.1-0.5% carbon nanotubes, pretreating, modifying with graphene aqueous solution, adding a silane coupling agent solution, reacting at 55-75 degrees C for 20- hours, washing, centrifuging to obtain silane coupling agent modified glass fiber reinforced material, adding a resin, extruding and molding. USE - Manufacture of graphene-modified glass fiber reinforced resin composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified glass fiber reinforced resin composite having excellent mechanical characteristics is produced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of graphene-modified glass fiber reinforced resin composite involves mixing 50-55% silicon dioxide, 10-15% boron oxide, 5-10% sodium oxide, 10-15% aluminum oxide, 15-20% calcium oxide and 0.1-0.5% multi-walled carbon nanotubes or porous graphite, processing in crucible, melting at 1370 degrees C, clarifying at 1450 plus minus 10 degrees C, calcining at 1200 degrees C, annealing at 500 degrees C, heating to 1050 degrees C, drawing into glass fibers having diameter of 10 mu m, pretreating glass fiber, preparing 0.1-1 mg/L dispersion solution containing graphene quantum dots and solvent chosen from water, acetone and dimethyl sulfoxide, ultrasonically stirring for 30-60 minutes, removing fiber, washing, drying, adding graphene aqueous solution having concentration of 0.2-0.8 mg/ml and containing solvent chosen from water, acetone and dimethyl sulfoxide, ultrasonically stirring for 80 minutes, transferring to polytetrafluoroethylene container, processing at 80-120 degrees C for 15-30 minutes, removing fiber, washing, drying to produce graphene modified glass fiber reinforced material, adding a silane coupling agent solution, reacting at 55-75 degrees C for 20- hours, reacting the resulting product with ethanol, washing with water, centrifuging at 8000-10000 rpm for 1530 minutes to obtain silane coupling agent modified glass fiber reinforced material, adding a resin, extruding in twin-screw extruder and molding.
