NOVELTY - Installing underwater sightseeing window comprises (S1) uniformly drilling boltholes on the window frame (11) of ship body mechanism and a cover plate (12), (S2) coating modified silane structural adhesive window frame of ship body mechanism before installing, (S3) pressing bullet-proof glass window by the temporary pressing block after mounting, filling bullet-proof glass window edge and window frame corner seam with modified silane structure glue, placing for 3-5 days , coating layer of thin glue on outer surface of bullet-proof glass window glue is cured, (S4) finally closing the upper cover plate and fixing the cover plate and window frame by the lock bolt screwed in the bolthole to finish the installation and (S5) finally detecting air tightness of mounted sightseeing window, where bullet-proof glass window comprises a first glass layer (131), a first polyvinyl butyral interlayer (132), a second glass layer (133), a second polyvinyl butyral interlayer and a third glass layer. USE - The method is useful for installing underwater sightseeing window. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes novel bulletproof glass window layer to replace the conventional tempered laminated glass; improves the original single glue fixing method; optimizes the installation and fixing method; solves the potential safety hazard of underwater sightseeing window; can realize synchronous curing inside and outside the colloid; has fast deep curing; reduces the density and improves the fluidity of the sealant and has properties of tensile stress, elongation at break, shear strength, ultraviolet protection and aging resistance.
