The mixed solution C is added to the microwave hydrothermal reactor. The silicon substrate is pit into the reactor. The reactor is installed into the microwave hydrothermal instrument. USE - Method for preparing cobalt oxide/reduced graphene oxide organic alcohol molecule sensitive film.
