▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesizing gold nanoparticles-zinc oxide-reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite material by ultraviolet light reduction method comprises (i) taking 5-10 mg graphene oxide and dispersing it in 20 ml ultrapure water, and obtaining a graphene oxide dispersion solution after sonication for 0.5-1 hours, (ii) taking 10-15 mg zinc oxide dissolved in graphene oxide dispersion solution, adding 0.2-0.5 ml 0.0245 M chloroauric acid solution after ultrasonication for 0.5-1 hours, placing it under ultraviolet lamp for 20-30 minutes to obtain the mixture A after ultrasonication for 0.5-1 hours, and (iii) washing the precipitate with ultrapure water to obtain nanocomposite materials after centrifuging mixture A, dispersing the resulting nanocomposite material in ultrapure water, and storing at 4 degrees C. USE - The nanocomposite material is useful for preparing electrochemical sensor for detecting 6-gingerol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent electrocatalytic effect on 6-gingerol, high sensitivity, excellent stability, selectivity and reproducibility, and excellent application prospect.
