NOVELTY - Manufacture of substrate involves (i) providing a polymer material (a) and/or a precursor comprising at least one conductive filler, and a polymer material (b) and/or a precursor, and (ii) subjecting the polymer materials (a) and (b) to a shaping with a material bond of the polymer materials (a) and (b), and thereby bringing the precursors to polymerization. USE - Manufacture of substrate used for device for shielding electromagnetic radiation in electronic housing, electric vehicle, aircraft, spacecraft, drone, power electronic, battery, electric motor, shielding navigation, communication equipment, inverter, direct current converter, onboard chargers and global positioning system (GPS) (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of substrate having improved touch sensitive property, crash protection property, heat protection property, increased dielectric strength, corrosion resistance, light protection property due to the polymer components, and excellent scratch resistance, adhesiveness and elasticity.
