▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aerogel composite material with thermal insulation and stealth function includes nanofiber aerogel matrix layer (1), nanofiber aerogel conductive layer (2), and nanofiber aerogel insulation layer (3) which are sequentially compounded from bottom to top, where nanofiber aerogel matrix layer includes substrate and first composite slurry supported on surface of substrate, first composite slurry is mixture of silica aerogel and nanofibers; nanofiber aerogel conductive layer includes second composite slurry which is mixture of silica aerogel conductive material with multi-layered structure and nanofibers; aerogel insulation layer includes third composite slurry which is mixture of silica aerogel, phase change material and nanofibers. USE - Aerogel composite material with thermal insulation and stealth function used for national defense military industry and functional textiles. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel composite material with thermal insulation and stealth function enables to realize effective fixation of aerogel particles and close combination between substrate and each functional layer by using unique hydrophilicity and pore structure of nanofibers without use of adhesives, and utilizes matrix layer and thermal insulation layer, realizes synergistic function of thermal insulation and electromagnetic infrared double shielding, and has application prospects in field of national defense military industry and functional textiles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aerogel composite material with thermal insulation, and stealth function, which involves: (A) adding silica aerogel to nanofiber suspension, and thoroughly mixing to obtain first composite slurry; loading first composite slurry on surface of substrate to form nanofiber aerogel matrix layer; (B) adding silica aerogel conductive material with multi-layered structure to nanofiber suspension, and after fully mixing, obtaining second composite slurry, which is loaded on nanofiber on upper surface of gel matrix layer to form nanofiber aerogel conductive layer; and (C) adding composite powder material, which contains silica aerogel, and phase change material to nanofiber suspension, and after fully mixing, obtaining third composite slurry, which is loaded on upper surface of nanofiber aerogel conductive layer, and after heat setting, forming nanofiber aerogel insulation layer.
