NOVELTY - An electrochemical detector is prepared by adding 1.3-2 g styrene sulfonic acid and 0.5-0.8 g butadiene to 20-25 ml anhydrous dimethylformamide, adding azobisisobutyronitrile, reacting at 80 degrees C for 13-15 hours, precipitating, dialyzing, freeze-drying, adding 15 ml dimethylformamide, stirring, adding deionized water, adding the solution to a dialysis bag for 7 days, adding 0.2-0.3 g bisphenol-A, 0.4-0.5 g 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and 0.5-0.6 g aniline, mixing, adding 0.1-0.3 g ammonium sulfate, reacting at 2-3 degrees C for 13-15 hours, precipitating, centrifuging, adding eluent, filtering, washing to obtain an intermediate product, dissolving the intermediate product in N-methylpyrrolidone, adding polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, and casting the resulting solution on a graphene-modified electrode by a solution casting method. USE - Electrochemical detector for food detection. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical detector having high sensitivity and capable of rapidly detecting bisphenol A in food can be prepared economically by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrochemical detector is prepared by adding 1.3-2 g styrene sulfonic acid and 0.5-0.8 g butadiene to 20-25 ml anhydrous dimethylformamide, adding azobisisobutyronitrile, reacting at 80 degrees C for 13-15 hours in an anaerobic environment, precipitating with petroleum ether, dialyzing the resulting product in deionized water for 12-15 hours, freeze-drying, adding 15 ml dimethylformamide, stirring, adding deionized water under stirring, continuously stirring for 12 hours, adding the solution to a dialysis bag for 7 days, adding 0.2-0.3 g bisphenol-A, 0.4-0.5 g 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and 0.5-0.6 g aniline, mixing, adding 0.1-0.3 g ammonium sulfate, reacting at 2-3 degrees C for 13-15 hours, precipitating with methanol solution, centrifuging 3 times, adding eluent, filtering the precipitate, washing 3 times with the eluent to obtain an intermediate product, mixing graphene and AD8301-type dispersant in mass ratio of 1:3 to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene suspension, adding the suspension on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode, drying at 85 degrees C for 2-3 hours to produce graphene modified electrode, dissolving the intermediate product in N-methylpyrrolidone, dissolving polyvinyl alcohol in water, adding water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol to intermediate product solution under stirring, and casting the resulting solution on the graphene-modified electrode by a solution casting method.
