NOVELTY - Method for preparing high-magnetic anti-cracking magnetic material, involves (i) taking cobalt trioxide, magnetic fiber, lanthanum oxide, porous composite filler, active strontium carbonate and base material, (ii) mixing cobalt trioxide, lanthanum oxide and active strontium carbonate, heating until melted to obtain molten metal solution, and pouring molten metal solution to mixed metal block, (iii) placing mixed metal block in hydrogen crushing device to obtain metal particles, and air-milling metal particles, base material and porous filler to obtain a mixed powder with a particle size of less than 1 mu m, and (iv) uniformly mixing mixed powder and magnetic fiber and forming under a magnetic field, controlling magnetic field strength to be greater than 12000 Gs to prepare blank, placing prepared blank in muffle furnace, heating at 350-400 degrees C at a heating rate of 10 degrees C/minute, heat-preserving for 5 hours, and transferring to resistance furnace for sintering at 1100-1200 degrees C for 4 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-magnetic anti-cracking magnetic material. ADVANTAGE - The magnetic material has excellent anti-cracking performance and high magnetic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing high-magnetic anti-cracking magnetic material, involves (i) taking 1-3 pts. wt. cobalt trioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. magnetic fiber, 2-5 pts. wt. lanthanum oxide, 0.5-1 pt. wt. porous composite filler, 1-2 pts. wt. active strontium carbonate and 100-150 pts. wt. base material, (ii) mixing cobalt trioxide, lanthanum oxide and active strontium carbonate, heating until melted to obtain a molten metal solution, and pouring the molten metal solution to a mixed metal block, (iii) placing the mixed metal block in a hydrogen crushing device to obtain metal particles with a particle size of less than 0.5 mm, and air-milling the metal particles, base material and porous filler to obtain a mixed powder with a particle size of less than 1 mu m, and (iv) uniformly mixing the mixed powder and magnetic fiber and forming under a magnetic field, controlling the magnetic field strength to be greater than 12000 Gs to prepare a blank, placing the prepared blank in a muffle furnace, heating at 350-400 degrees C at a heating rate of 10 degrees C/minute, heat-preserving for 5 hours, and transferring to a resistance furnace for sintering at 1100-1200 degrees C for 4 hours.
