▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An improving method of stability of cathode sheet comprises adding carboxymethyl cellulose, citric acid and crosslinking agent into deionized water, stirring at normal temperature, adding bacteriostatic agent and polystyrene-butadiene copolymer, stirring to obtain mixed binder solution, mixing active material, conductive agent, mixed binder and deionized water, adjusting pH of slurry, uniformly coating cathode slurry on copper foil, baking, rolling and cutting. USE - The method is for improving stability of cathode sheet used for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method solve the problems of insufficient toughness of carboxymethyl cellulose in the prior art which is easy to be degraded by bacteria, easy to crack cathode sheet and short service life. The method effectively improves the adhesion and toughness of slurry in the cathode sheet which prevents slurry from falling off or cracking, significantly improves the cycle life of cathode sheet, and has low production cost and simple operation.
