NOVELTY - The device (120) has a first electrode and a second electrode that are arranged oppositely. A light-emitting function layer is located between the first electrode and the second electrode. A reflective layer is located on the side of the first electrode away from the second electrode. An optical modulation function layer is located between the first electrode and the reflective layer. The material of the optical modulation function layer is graphene and polyurethane doped or carbon nanotube material. The light-emitting function layer is configured to emit blue light. A thickness of the optical modulation function layer ranges from 3 um to 4 um and the refractive index of the optical modulation function layer is 1.6. USE - Light emitting device reflective layer for display panel of display device (claimed).e.g OLED display.
