NOVELTY - Modified epoxy resin, comprises 60-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide grafted with carbon nanotubes, 5-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. initiator, 10-20 pts. wt. organosilicone and 200-300 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as modified epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The modified epoxy resin: utilizes 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone as curing agent, which improves the heat resistance and thermal oxidation stability; improves wear resistance, heat resistance and aging resistance; utilizes organosilicone, which modifies good heat resistance and flexibility; utilizes silane coupling agent, which can improve the compatibility of silicone and epoxy resin; and has excellent cold resistance, electrical insulation, thermal stability, and weather resistance and toughness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing modified epoxy resin comprising (i) taking graphene oxide and adding carbon nanotubes and tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution according to the mass ratio of 1-3:2-6:50-80, and ultrasonically vibrating, (ii) adding dopamine hydrochloride (5-8 times of graphene oxide quality) and stirring and mixing, centrifuging, precipitating and washing successively through distilled water and dehydrated alcohol to obtain washings graphene oxide grafted with carbon nanotubes, (iii) dropping epoxy resin into solvent, and dissolving, (iv) continue mixing graphene oxide grafted with carbon nanotubes, silane coupling agent, initiator and organosilicone, stirring, heating at 110degrees Celsius, and warming for 1-2 hours, and (v) adding curing agent, and curing at 130-180degrees Celsius for 3-8 hours to obtain modified epoxy resin.
