NOVELTY - Preparation of self-supporting graphene film comprises peeling graphene film from anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) base film having graphene film adhered on surface with surface facing up and placing on water surface; pressing AAO base film, so that AAO base film sinks and graphene film floats on water surface; lifting graphene film floating on water surface from bottom up, so that graphene film is laid on surface of substrate, and layer of aqueous medium is interposed between graphene film and substrate; freeze-drying substrate having graphene film on its surface; and self-supporting and separating graphene film from substrate. USE - Preparation of self-supporting graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method is suitable for ultra-thin films, and ultra-thin film peeled off can be self-supported after being freeze-dried.
