NOVELTY - Electrochemical device comprises anode. The anode comprises anode current collector, first active material layer and second active material layer. The first active material layer is located between the positive current collector and second active material layer. The first active material layer comprises first lithium manganate, and second active material layer comprises second lithium manganate. The mass percentage of iron in the first active material layer is greater than the mass percentage of iron in the second active material layer. USE - Used as electrochemical device. ADVANTAGE - The device: suppress the elution of manganese while reducing the cost; and improves the safety performance.
