▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-based gas sensitive material, comprises compound graphene oxide and metal oxide particles. The compound graphene oxide is composed of number 1 graphene oxide with D50 of 10-50nm, number 2 graphene oxide with D50 of 100-200 nm, and number 3 graphene oxide with D50 of 500-1200 nm. The metal oxide is cobalt oxide, cobaltous oxide, tin oxide, cuprous oxide, zinc oxide, ferric oxide, iron oxide, tungsten oxide, or manganese dioxide. The OI value of the graphene-based gas sensitive material is 10-25. The OI value of the graphene-based gas sensitive material is testing the ratio of the peak area of the 004-characteristic peak to the peak area of the 110 characteristic peak using an XRD diffractometer. USE - Graphene-based gas sensitive material is used for gas sensor e.g. carbon monoxide sensor and nitrogen oxide sensor. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based gas sensitive material has excellent gas-sensitive performance under room temperature condition, e.g. the recovery response at room temperature and recovery time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of graphene-based gas sensitive material.
