NOVELTY - Hydrofluoric acid is added into deionized water, platinum electrode and pretreated titanium substrate as sample are introduced into the resultant solution and anodic oxidation is performed. Cyclic voltammetry deposition is carried out on a surface of the resultant sample using graphene quantum dots, to obtain graphene/titanium dioxide nanotube composite film. Cyclic voltammetry deposition is carried out on the graphene/titanium dioxide nanotube composite film, calcined and cooled to room temperature, to obtain graphene/cadmium telluride-titanium dioxide anode composite film. USE - Preparation of photoanode composite film used for photogenerated cathodic protection application. ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient preparation of graphene/cadmium telluride-titanium dioxide anode composite film.
