NOVELTY - Preparing hollow structure sodium ion battery cathode material comprises dissolving titanium source in a mixed organic solvent, and stirring with magnetic stirrer, adding phosphorus source to solution, stirring with magnetic stirrer, adding phosphorus source, stirring with magnetic stirrer, adding sodium source with solution, stirring, transferring material to Teflon(Polytetrafluoroethylene) lining into hydrothermal kettle, placing in blast oven to carry out solvent thermal reaction, centrifuging and freeze-drying to obtain hollow precursor powder of sodium titanium phosphate, dispersing hollow titanium sodium phosphate precursor in aqueous solution, adding carbon source, centrifuging and freeze-drying, transferring to tubular furnace, annealing, mixing prepared carbon-coated hollow titanium sodium phosphate cathode material powder, cathode conductive agent and cathode binder, mixing and stirring to obtain cathode slurry, coating on surface of current collector and cutting into sheet. USE - Preparing hollow structure sodium ion battery cathode material used for cathode ion battery of material used in field of energy storage research. ADVANTAGE - The method controls the solvent thermal reaction time, realizes the internal hollow structure adjustable aqueous sodium ion battery cathode material. The obtained hollow structure nano-titanium phosphate material exhibits super-high rate performance and excellent cycle stability.
