NOVELTY - Pen capable of writing on wet surface comprises a pen rod (01), a pen core, ink and sealant. The pen core is installed in the pen rod and the ink and sealant are filled in the pen core sequentially from bottom to top. The ink comprises 5-10 pts. wt. aqueous-based acrylic emulsion, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-5 pts. wt. carbon, 1-6 pts. wt. film-forming auxiliary agent,3 -10 pts. wt. stabilizing agent and 50-80 pts. wt. volatile alcohols. USE - Used as pen capable of writing on wet surface. ADVANTAGE - The pen is capable of writing on the wet surface; enables that the writing ink on the wet surface cannot dissolve in water; utilizes film-forming auxiliary agent which can quickly film the ink surface; separates the handwriting from the water; has strong carbon stability; is not easily to be oxidized and stores handwriting for a long time; protects the ink from being oxidized or volatilized and prolongs the service life.
