▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high-dispersing micron silver powder for electrical contact comprises (i) dissolving silver nitrate crystals in water for preparing silver nitrate solution, (ii) adding aqueous ammonia to silver nitrate solution to prepare silver ammonia solution A, (iii) dissolving reducing agent and dispersing agent in water to prepare solution B, (iv) adding deionized water to the reaction container, adding silver ammonia solution A and solution B under stirring state into the reaction container at a specific flow rate, and reacting to obtain silver powder, (v) cleaning the silver powder prepared in the step (iv), and irradiating with ultraviolet light for a specific period of time under stirring, and (vi) washing, filtering and drying the silver powder to obtain the finished product. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-dispersing micron silver powder for electrical contact used in electric transmission and electric appliance device comprising but are not limited to silver tungsten, silver graphite silver and copper contact. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple technical route, and stable product quality; and is suitable for industrial production. The silver powder: is prepared by liquid phase reduction method through specific feeding mode and adding control grain diameter and shape of dispersant; and removes organic matter by UV degradation, so as to solve the problem that the carbon content in the product is too high.
